Lab Work Consultation

 

     Designed for people that are chronically ill, and have been to multiple doctors with dozens of tests with no answers or help in resolving their issues.

Or for those that have multiple symptoms, yet their blood work comes back normal.

Dr. Corey will assess your blood work through the functional medicine lens to determine the cause (or causes) of your illness and symptoms.  Dr.Corey will then recommend a customized supplementation protocol as well as evaluate your current lifestyle/dietary choices and determine which diet is best for achieving your optimal health. 

 

Package includes:

  • 1 Hour Direct Consultation with Dr. Corey.
  • Complete lab work assessment.
  • Recommended supplementation/treatment protocols.
  • Recommended optimal dietary plans

 

How the Lab Consultation works.

 

    Once you have purchased the Lab Consultation, you will be emailed a Health and Symptom questionnaire. Simply email back your health questionnaire and any lab work you have had done.  The more labs you have, the better we can get a more complete picture of your health. 

 

    Once we receive your questionnaire and lab work, we will schedule your one hour consult with Dr. Corey.  Appointments are usually two weeks out from the time we receive your information.

 

    For your consultation, Dr. Corey will send you a Zoom link for your appointment.  Please have a list of questions ready for your appointment.  You will also receive your functional lab report of findings as well as your recommended supplementation and dietary treatment plans.

Where to go after your Lab Consultation.

 

     If you decide to work with Dr. Corey, we will set you up on a treatment plan.  Plans can be anywhere from 3 to 12 months depending on the severity of your symptoms and level of health.  Packages include unlimited email questions to Dr. Corey during your course of treatment.  You will also have two, 30-minute online appointments per month as well. During your 30-minute appointments, Dr. Corey can answer any questions, make any adjustments as needed, and you will have access to any energy balancing & emotional release work that you want addressed. 

 

   Supplements are an additional cost to your tailored treatment plan.
